Illinois Shines is the state’s Adjustable Block Program, administered on behalf of the Illinois Power Agency to help the state meet its renewable energy goals. Net Metering in Illinois: What Changed
If you’ve heard Illinois solar rules “changed” and weren’t sure what that meant, here’s the straight version for Centralia-area homeowners.
