New systems here are also eligible for a one-time Distributed Generation (smart inverter) rebate of $300 per kilowatt of installed capacity, plus a separate one-time $300-per-kilowatt-hour rebate for battery storage. Neither is a recurring credit, and the battery rebate isn’t automatic just because you add storage; it requires enrolling in one of three Ameren rate programs (Peak Time Rewards, Real Time Pricing, or Power Smart Pricing). We confirm which enrollment path fits your account before you commit to a battery.
