It’s not a recurring credit, and it’s only available once per system.
Since January 1, 2025, new Ameren Illinois solar customers are automatically placed on Smart Solar Billing rather than legacy full-retail net metering. If your Rochester-area system was installed and interconnected before December 31, 2024, you keep full legacy net metering for that system’s life.
