It’s not recurring, and it’s only available once per system; ComEd’s stated timeline is roughly 90 days after your system is energized and your application is complete.
Since January 1, 2025, new ComEd solar customers are placed on supply-only crediting rather than legacy full-retail net metering; the credit offsets only the Supply portion of your bill, not delivery charges and taxes.
